Partners
Settings → Partners suggests partners who can remove common blockers in B2B deals, such as a missing security certification or a lack of cloud marketplace listings.
Who can use it: everyone can view it. Only an Admin can request a recommendation or contact a partner.
The page has two tabs: Compliance partner and Recommendations.
Compliance partner
Section titled “Compliance partner”Security reviews stall deals when you don’t hold a framework the buyer expects. This tab looks at the frameworks you already have on Company → Trust center and suggests the one most likely to be next.
- If no recommendation is shown yet, click Get a recommendation.
- Read the suggestion and why it was made. Frameworks you already hold are never recommended.
- Click the partner button to contact a compliance partner, who runs the readiness assessment, closes the gaps and takes you through the audit.
If no compliance partner is available for your workspace yet, the tab says so.
Recommendations
Section titled “Recommendations”List on a cloud marketplace and sell against committed spend. Buyers with a cloud commitment can pay for your product out of budget they’ve already signed for, which removes a new-budget approval and shortens procurement. A listing partner publishes and maintains your listing and handles private offers.
The card shows No listings live yet until you’re listed.
Once you’re listed, choose which marketplaces buyers can use on Payment & Pricing.
