Scheduling a meeting
There are two ways to get a meeting on the calendar: book it from inside your Deal Room, or click one of the times suggested in an email from the seller.
Book a call from the Deal Room
Section titled “Book a call from the Deal Room”- Open Any questions? and choose Ask [name] to call me.
- Choose Schedule a call.
- Pick one of the available times. Click + more times to see more, or Or pick another time if none of them suit you.
- Click Confirm this time.

What happens next depends on how your account executive’s calendar is connected:
- Times from their live calendar — you’ll see Your call is booked, and a calendar invite goes out to both of you straight away.
- Typical working hours — if the panel says the times are typical working hours rather than a live look at their calendar, your choice is sent as a request. Your account executive confirms the time with you shortly.
- Their own scheduling page — some sellers use a separate booking tool. In that case you’ll see Open the scheduling page, which takes you there to pick a time.
Prefer a quick call instead? Choose Call me now, enter your phone number (and an optional note), and click Request a call. They’ll call you back.
Confirm a time from an email
Section titled “Confirm a time from an email”Sometimes the seller emails you a few suggested meeting times as links. Clicking one opens a Confirm your meeting page.
- Click the time that works for you in the email.
- Check the details: who the meeting is with, how long it lasts, and where it happens (an address or a video call).
- Click Confirm [time].
- You’ll see You’re booked, and the calendar invite arrives in your inbox. Accept it to add the meeting to your calendar.

All times are shown in your own time zone, which is named on the page.
If the time isn’t available
Section titled “If the time isn’t available”- That time was just taken — the page suggests nearby times that are still free. Pick one to go to its own confirm page.
- The time has already passed, or the link isn’t valid any more — reply to the email and the seller will find another time.
- Already booked — if you click a link for a meeting that’s already confirmed, the page tells you the booked time. The invite is in your inbox.
