Language and accessibility

Your Deal Room can be shown in six languages:

  • English
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Português (Portuguese)
  • Deutsch (German)
  • Français (French)
  • עברית (Hebrew)

The seller chooses the language for your room, usually based on where you are. Every button, label and message the room itself shows appears in that language.

Text the seller wrote themselves, such as the welcome letter or a summary card, may have been translated into your room’s language. Translated text is marked Translated, with a Show original button so you can read the seller’s original wording. Click Show translation to switch back.

Documents and files you download (PDFs, agreements, slide decks) are shared as the seller uploaded them and aren’t translated.

The AI Concierge replies in your room’s language, even if you write to it in another one. If you’d like it to switch, ask it — it can change to any other language the seller has enabled for your conversation, and it will tell you which ones those are.

In a Hebrew room, the whole layout mirrors for right-to-left reading: navigation, menus, arrows and pop-ups all flip direction.

Text boxes adapt to what you type, so you can write a message in English inside a Hebrew room (or the other way round) and it will display in the right direction.

The room adapts to your screen:

  • On desktop, stages run across the top, steps are listed down the side, and panels open as centered windows.
  • On phones, the layout switches to a single column. Steps open like an accordion, and menus slide up from the bottom of the screen.

You can sign with your finger on a touchscreen — see Accepting and signing.

Meeting times on the Confirm your meeting page are shown in your own time zone, and the page names it so there’s no doubt. See Scheduling a meeting.

Windows and menus in the room can be closed with the Esc key, and keyboard focus stays inside an open window until you close it.
