Deal Cockpit
The Deal Cockpit is the page you land on when you open a deal from CRM → Deals. Everything about one deal lives here: what the Shadow has drafted for you, what the buyer is doing in the Deal Room, the quote, the flags that need you, and the full history.
Your Shadow works the deal alongside you. It drafts replies, prepares next steps, and raises flags, but it never sends anything to a buyer on its own. Every buyer-facing message waits for you to approve, edit, or discard it.

Who can do what
Section titled “Who can do what”What you can change in the Cockpit depends on your role and on whether the deal is yours:
| Role | What you see | What you can change |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Every deal in the workspace | Everything, including the deal owner, margins, promotions, and reopening a closed deal |
| Manager | Every deal in the workspace | Everything, including the deal owner, margins, promotions, and reopening a closed deal |
| Sales Rep | Deals you own | Your own deals |
| Viewer | Deals you own | Nothing. The Cockpit is read-only |
When you can’t change a deal, the editing controls are hidden rather than greyed out. You can still read the deal, open the Deal Room preview, and read conversations. See Team and roles for how roles are assigned.
