Asking questions
You can ask a question in your Deal Room at any hour. Most rooms come with an AI Concierge that answers right away, and a person on the seller’s team is never more than a click away.
Ask the AI Concierge
Section titled “Ask the AI Concierge”- Click the round Concierge button in the bottom-right corner (or Any questions? → Ask AI Concierge).
- Type your question and press Send.
- The answer appears in the same conversation a few seconds later.

The Concierge introduces itself the first time you open it. Good things to ask about:
- Product and features
- Security and compliance
- The agreement and terms
- Timeline and next steps
- Pricing and the current offer (if you can see pricing in your room)
What the Concierge is — and isn’t
Section titled “What the Concierge is — and isn’t”- It’s an AI, and it says so. It’s labelled “AI Concierge” everywhere it appears.
- It answers from what the seller has shared — what’s in your room, plus the seller’s published product, security and legal material. It can’t see the seller’s internal notes, call recordings or internal approvals.
- It doesn’t guess. If it doesn’t know something, it tells you and brings in the seller’s team rather than making up an answer. Someone from the team follows up with you.
- It can’t change your offer. It won’t invent discounts or alter prices. If you ask for a discount or a change to the quote, it passes your request to your account executive to handle.
- Your account executive can see what you ask it. If you’d rather talk to them directly, you can do that any time.
Ask about something specific
Section titled “Ask about something specific”You can also ask questions right where the topic is:
- Questions & answers cards, if the seller has added one, let you ask a question that stays attached to that step.
- The quote has an Ask about this quote box for questions about terms, discounts or payment schedules. See Reviewing the proposal.
- Many cards have a Question about this? Ask the team link, which starts a conversation about that item in Messages.
Talk to a person
Section titled “Talk to a person”To reach your account executive directly:
- Open Any questions? and choose Ask [name] to call me.
- Pick one of two options:
- Schedule a call — choose a time that works. See Scheduling a meeting.
- Call me now — leave your phone number (and an optional note), then click Request a call. They’ll call you back.
You can also message your account executive from the People panel — click the speech bubble next to their name.
