Company
Settings → Company describes your business. Your Shadow draws on it when it drafts messages and answers buyer questions, and the Buyer Space uses your logo and brand colours.
Who can use it: everyone can open Company. Only an Admin can edit it; everyone else sees the fields locked. The Revenue goals tab is visible to Admins and Managers only.
The page has four tabs: Identity, GTM, Trust center and Revenue goals. Changes save automatically as you leave each field.
Identity
Section titled “Identity”Start with Company website, then click Fetch from site. Shadows reads your homepage and fills in the domain, description, logo, brand theme and go-to-market sections for you. Everything it fills stays editable.
The Identity tab includes:
- Company name and Business domain (pick a standard technology domain or type your own).
- Logo — SVG, PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB and at least 512 px on the long edge, or paste a hosted URL.
- Company LinkedIn and Banner image.
- Brand theme — primary, accent, ink and surface colours used to brand the Buyer Space.
- Ideal customer profile pills: Target buyers, Segments, Regions and Verticals. Tick every value that applies to the company as a whole. Each product can have its own ICP too; see Products.
Offices
Section titled “Offices”Add your office addresses with Label, Street address, City, State / region, Postal code and Country. Mark one as Headquarters; it becomes the default seller office address. Click Save when you’re done.
The go-to-market tab holds the story your Shadow tells: a Company description (one or two sentences on what you sell and to whom), Positioning, ICP signals, The challenge, The solution and Why us. You can also attach a One page overview (PDF, PPTX or DOCX, up to 25 MB).
Trust center
Section titled “Trust center”Help your Shadow answer security and compliance questions.
- Paste your Trust center URL and click Fetch from URL to pull in the frameworks it lists.
- Under Frameworks, click + Add to add any that are missing, or remove ones that don’t apply.
- Under Certificates, upload your certificate files.
Revenue goals
Section titled “Revenue goals”Admins and Managers see this tab; only Admins can edit it.
- New ARR target — the sum of each product’s ARR goal, so set your product goals first (in Products). Until you do, it stays at $0.
- Average deal size, SQL to Win rate target, Average deal cycle and Deal count target.
- Fiscal year — a label, the starting month, and how it runs.
- Target distribution — split the New ARR target Quarterly or Monthly. Edit any period and the rest rebalance; edited periods stay locked. Click Even split to start over.
Below it, Individual goals across products shows each rep’s goals product by product.
