Accepting and signing
When you’re ready to go ahead, you can accept the offer and sign the agreement without leaving the Deal Room. There’s nothing to print or scan.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Earlier steps may need to be approved first. If the button reads Approve ”…” first, finish that step (or ask the colleague it’s assigned to) and the purchase opens up.
- The offer must still be valid. An expired quote can’t be signed — ask for a refreshed quote instead. See Reviewing the proposal.
- Check your term and payment method. The choices you made on the quote are what you’ll be accepting.
Accept and sign
Section titled “Accept and sign”- Click Accept & sign — on the Quote card, on the Your offer card near the top, or in the bar that stays pinned at the top as you scroll.
- Wait a moment while the room prepares your documents. Your offer and every document that needs a signature are combined into one file to sign. This can take up to a minute.
- Review the Commercial terms: subtotal, tax, total due, billing term, payment method, payment terms and schedule.
- Under Your agreement, click Review to read the document you’re signing.
- Tick the box confirming you’re authorized to commit to these terms.
- Click Sign, draw your signature with your mouse or finger, and click Confirm signature.
- Click Purchase — amount to complete the purchase.

If there are no documents that need a signature, you can go straight to Purchase after reviewing the terms.
After you sign
Section titled “After you sign”- You’ll see a Thank you for your purchase screen, where you can Download the signed agreement and its Certificate of completion.
- A copy is sent to your email.
- The room updates to show The purchase is signed, with the date and who signed. You can download the signed agreement from there at any time.
- Your account executive is notified and will follow up on next steps such as invoicing and onboarding.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- If a colleague signs or completes the purchase from their own access link while you have the dialog open, it updates by itself — you won’t sign twice.
- If you see “Something went wrong”, try again in a moment or message your account executive.
- If a document is still under legal review, signing waits until that review is finished.
