Cockpit layout

Open any deal from CRM → Deals to reach its Cockpit. The page has four layers, top to bottom: the header, the Flags rail, the status strip, and the tabs.

  • ← Deals takes you back to the deals list.
  • The deal name is editable. Click it, type, and press Enter.
  • Buyer Space opens the deal’s Deal Room in a new tab. The dot next to it is green when the room is live and red when it’s off. Its menu has Preview, Configure, Share link, and Go live (or Turn off). See The Buyer Space tab.
  • Contact center opens the deal’s conversations, where you reply to buyers and review the Shadow’s drafts. A red badge shows how many conversations are waiting on your reply. Its menu also has New task and New note. See Approving the Shadow’s drafts.

Under the title is a line of deal facts: the company (click it to open the company record), company size, Deal flow, Owner, and Champion. You can change the flow, the owner (Admins and Managers only), and the champion from here.

If you can only read this deal, the Contact center button reads Conversation instead. It opens the same threads without a composer.

The Flags row lists everything that needs attention on the deal: alerts the Shadow raised (a competitor mention, a champion going quiet) and requests from the buyer (a question the AI Concierge couldn’t answer, a document review). Click a flag to open its details and the Shadow’s suggested next steps. When there’s nothing open, the rail reads No active alerts or buyer requests. See Flags, intelligence and forecast.

A row of cards that summarize where the deal stands. Most are editable in place:

  • Stage and Sub-stage: the deal’s position in its deal flow. Stage also offers Closed Won and Closed Lost.
  • TCV: the deal amount.
  • Close date
  • Forecast and Sentiment: click either one to see what’s driving the score.
  • The published discount and, for Admins and Managers, the margin.
TabWhat it’s for
CockpitThe at-a-glance view: Where are we?, your Next task and Task after that, the stakeholders, the buyer journey, the Buyer Space pulse, a pricing summary, and an intelligence summary
TasksEvery task on the deal. In queue holds open tasks; Deal log holds snoozed and done tasks. See Tasks
PricingThe quote editor. See Pricing and quotes
Buyer SpaceRoom status, the shared buyer journey, engagement, and the stakeholder roster. See The Buyer Space tab
ActivityThe full history of the deal. See The Activity tab
IntelligenceWhat the Shadow concluded about the deal and the evidence behind it. See Flags, intelligence and forecast
CRM detailsDeal properties, linked contacts, line items, and sync status with your connected CRM
DocumentsEvery file on the deal and every file the buyer sees in the Deal Room

The tab you’re on is saved in the page address, so refreshing the page or sharing the link reopens the same tab.

The first tab is built so you can act without switching tabs:

  • Where are we? is a short summary of the deal’s state. Update forecast lets you correct the forecast directly.
  • Next task and Task after that are the two highest-ranked tasks on the deal. Each card shows What to do, its origin, when it’s due, and Why the Shadow ranked it there. Resolve a task straight from its card, or use Open in Tasks → to see the full task. When nothing is waiting, the card reads Nothing needs you right now — the Shadow is monitoring this deal.
  • Add a task on this deal… adds a quick task without leaving the tab.
  • Stakeholders lists the buying committee with Nudge and Share link per person. See Stakeholders.
  • Buyer journey, Buyer Space pulse, the pricing widget, and Intelligence each summarize a tab and link to it.

When a deal is closed as Won or Lost, it’s sealed: the Flags rail is replaced by a banner saying who closed it and when, and most tabs show a lock icon. Activity and Documents stay open so you can still read the record. See Closing a deal.

The Ask Shadow button in the bottom-right corner opens the Shadow Co-Pilot. On a deal page, it automatically answers about this deal. See Shadow Co-Pilot.
