Integrations
Settings → Integrations connects Shadows to the tools your whole workspace shares: your CRM and your team chat.
Who can use it: Admins and Managers. Sales Reps and Viewers don’t see this page; opening it takes them to their Profile, where their personal connections live. Some settings on a connected integration’s page, such as CRM field mapping, are Admin-only.

Connect an integration
Section titled “Connect an integration”- Click Connect on the tile.
- Sign in to the other tool and approve access.
- You’re returned to Shadows. A green dot shows the tile is connected.
Click Manage on a connected tile to open its page, where you can see the connection details, run a sync, change settings or Disconnect.
If a connection stops working, its tile turns amber and shows Reconnect. Hover the button to see why, then click it to sign in again.
Workspace vs. personal integrations
Section titled “Workspace vs. personal integrations”Workspace integrations are connected once, by an Admin or Manager, for everyone. Some connections are personal, and each member sets them up on their own Profile:
- Calendar — Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com. See Calendar and scheduling.
- Slack or Teams link — after Slack or Teams is connected for the workspace, each member links their own account so the Shadow can message them.
- WhatsApp — each member links their own number for alerts. The WhatsApp tile here just points to Profile.
