Buyer Space
Every deal in Shadows can have a Buyer Space (also called the Deal Room): a branded, private page you share with your buyer. Their whole buying committee gets one place for documents, pricing, a mutual action plan, questions, and signing. You don’t have to send attachments back and forth by email.
The Buyer Space is one of the two places your Shadow works with buyers. The other is one-to-one email. Inside the room, the buyer can ask the AI Concierge questions at any time. Anything it can’t answer comes to you as a flag on the deal.
