Your Deal Room

Your Deal Room is a private web page the seller has set up for your purchase. It brings the proposal, documents, people and next steps together in one place, and it stays current as things change.

Section titled “Opening your link”
  1. Click the link in your invitation email. The room opens on its own — there’s no account to create and no password.
  2. The first time, you may see a short welcome letter explaining why you’ve been invited and what your part is. Click Start to go straight in, or choose the guided tour to see where everything is.

You can reopen the welcome letter any time from Any questions? → Why am I here?

What’s in the room

  • Your next step — always shows the one thing waiting on you. Click its headline to jump straight there.
  • Your offer — if the seller has shared pricing with you, the current price and an Accept & sign button sit here. See Reviewing the proposal.
  • Any questions? — help, the AI Concierge, and a way to ask a person to call you.
  • People — everyone involved, on your side and the seller’s. Message someone or invite a colleague from here.
  • Messages — the speech-bubble icon at the top. A dot means something new.
  • AI Concierge — the round button in the bottom-right corner, on every page.

Stages and steps

The deal is split into stages (shown across the top) and smaller steps within each stage (listed down the side). Click a stage, then a step, to see its content — documents, videos, text, checklists, forms and more, depending on what the seller added.

When a step is assigned to you, you’ll be asked to do one of two things:

  • Approve — read what’s there and click Confirm - my part is done. This turns the step green and lets the seller know. It is not a purchase commitment.
  • Acknowledge — if you’re following along as a reviewer, click Viewed & acknowledged to show you’ve seen it. No sign-off needed.

Steps you still need to act on are marked Needed. When several steps are waiting, the next-step card offers Approve all so you can confirm them in one go. If you change your mind, use Undo on an approved step.

When every step assigned to you is done, the room thanks you and lets you know nothing else needs you for now.

On your phone

Section titled “On your phone”

The room works on mobile with a layout designed for small screens:

  • Stages appear as a scrollable row, and each step opens like an accordion.
  • A bar below the stages lets you Confirm (or Mark viewed) the steps waiting on you in the selected stage.
  • The people on the deal appear as a small stack of avatars in the header — tap it to see everyone or invite someone.
  • Any questions? opens a sheet with the same options as on desktop.
