Getting started

Shadows helps B2B sales teams close deals faster. Each deal gets a Shadow, an AI sales assistant that drafts replies, watches buyer signals, and keeps the deal moving. You review and approve what it prepares.

These articles cover the basics:

  • What is Shadows? explains the product, the Shadow, and the three main parts of the app.
  • Sign in and workspaces covers signing in, accepting an invite, two-factor authentication, and switching between workspaces.
  • Navigating the app is a tour of the sidebar, the top bar, and where each page lives.
  • Key concepts is a plain-language glossary of the terms you’ll see across the app.

When you’re comfortable with the basics, move on to the Deals list and the Deal Cockpit.
