Languages
Settings → Languages controls which languages your Shadow is allowed to converse in, and which one it uses when nothing else decides.
Who can use it: everyone can view it. Only an Admin can change it.

Available languages
Section titled “Available languages”English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Hebrew. Hebrew rooms and messages are laid out right to left.
Set your languages
Section titled “Set your languages”- Tick each language your Shadow may use under Language. At least one must be ticked.
- In the Main engagement column, select your main language. Only a ticked language can be the main one.
- Click Save.
If you untick your main language, the first remaining ticked language becomes the main one.
How the Shadow picks a language
Section titled “How the Shadow picks a language”For each deal, your Shadow chooses its language in this order:
- A language set on the deal. If a buyer asks to switch language mid-conversation, or a seller pins the deal to a language, that wins, as long as it’s one of your ticked languages.
- The Buyer Space’s own language, for the AI Concierge in the room.
- The buyer’s market. The languages spoken in the buyer’s market, limited to the ones you’ve ticked.
- Your main engagement language, which is always the final fallback.
Message templates can be written per language too; see Emails.
